Ladan completed her training at the Toni & Guy Academy in Dallas and established one of the Top 200 Fastest-Growing Salons as recognized by Salon Today Magazine. In addition, Ladan served as a Regional Educational Director for Toni & Guy for 8 years, leading training seminars at salons across the country. On an annual basis, she presented a program on self-image and self-esteem for “Career Horizons”, an event attended by nearly 500 students each year. In 2004, Ladan led the make-up and hair design as well as model preparation for the “Arts of the Fashion Competition”, an international fashion event hosted at Oklahoma State University.
Currently Ladan is a Master Designer at Halcyon Days Salon & Spa in Dallas. Her client makeovers have been featured on NBC DFW and Park Cities People.
